Dr. Jacquelyn Gilbert-Grant’s life reflects a divine calling shaped by faith, education, and service. Educated in the Chatham County Public School System, she graduated from Savannah High School in 1971, later earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Political Science from Savannah State College. Her commitment to spiritual growth and ministry excellence led her to receive a Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Trinity Bible College & Seminary, and a Certificate in Church Administration from Oral Roberts University — laying a strong foundation for her decades of leadership and impact.

In 2015, Dr. Grant was consecrated as Bishop in the Lord’s Church by Impact Fellowship International and The Promised Land Ministry of Washington, D.C. She also holds active affiliations with the Perfecting Covenant Prevailing Connection (Orlando, FL) and the Global United Fellowship (Nassau, Bahamas).
Beyond her pastoral calling, Dr. Grant is deeply rooted in community and civic engagement. She proudly serves as a board member of the Build a Bridge Foundation of Georgia, an organization committed to closing the gap of poverty for women and children through education, empowerment, and resources that enrich community life.
She is also a distinguished member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Gamma Sigma Omega Chapter, embodying the spirit of sisterhood, service, and scholarship in everything she does.
